It has been awhile and I did not want anyone to think I ran that last half marathon and then did an epic crash. In fact I have been continuing to run about 18-20 miles per week until about 4 weeks ago, when I slowly started increasing my miles to prepare for a fall half marathon. My knee is still stiff when sitting long periods and can be a little cranky after a run, but is otherwise pretty good. I started taking fish oil tablets and glucosamine tablets (both max dosage) religiously about 40 days ago, and I have to say my knee feels betters. All in all I would say things are going great. I run 5 days per week, weight lift on one day and take one day off of doing anything. So far so good.
