STILL RUNNING!

I have continued to run on the treadmill about three times a week. I try to split up the running with the elliptical. Running does not feel “normal” but it is not painful. Mainly my legs just feel weak- but I’m essentially starting from scratch here so I guess it’s probably how anyone who is new to running would feel. Yesterday I ran outside for the first time and it was HARD. But I went three miles in 34 minutes so I’m getting a little faster. This morning I was stiff but no swelling or problems. I feel really lucky and am so happy to be working my way back. πŸ™‚ life is good.
